I paid for the storage and then realized I would need a larger unit. The lady assisting me was amazingly kind and caring. She made the stress of the job before me much more bearable. She smiled continuously as if my needs and her ability to assist me gave her joy. What she did not know, she quickly reached out for assistance assuring everything from the transaction to the contract and ultimately the move was correct and problem free. In this world we live in where everyone is impatient and self involved it is a relief to deal with a young lady that showed no self or impatience with situation. I really appreciate her kindness, understanding and professionalism. This is a testament to who she is as a person. These character traits you can not teach an employee. She came to you with all of that good and your customers are lucky to have her. Thanks so very much

The staff was courteous, friendly, prompt in returning my messages and always attentive. I definitely will rent from them again if needed and recommend ...
